University Judiciary Committee
The University Judiciary Committee (UJC) is the decision-making body for incidents other than academic integrity or sexual misconduct. The UJC consists of nine students and six faculty. The student members are selected by Undergraduate Student Government. Three students and two faculty members sit on a panel to hear a specific case.
Academic Integrity Committee
The Academic Integrity Committee (AIC) is the decision-making body for cases arising under the Academic Integrity Policy. The AIC consists of three faculty, three undergraduate students, three graduate students and two student affairs professionals. The faculty members are chosen by the University Senate, the undergraduate students are chosen by the Undergraduate Student Government, and the graduate students are chosen by the Graduate Student Council. A hearing panel consists of one faculty, one student (either graduate or undergraduate, depending on the class level of the accused student) and one student affairs professional.
Greek Judicial Board
The Greek Judicial Board (GJB) is selected by the Interfraternity Council and is the decision-making body for cases involving Greek organizations.
