Spring Fling 2008

What is Spring Fling?
Spring Fling is an annual, half-day, campus-wide event celebrated to bring in spring at Michigan Tech. During Spring Fling there are activities for students to enjoy and the opportunity for student organizations to make themselves known by planning 'booths' or events. The student organizations will be on campus from noon to 5pm. Some events will continue after 5pm.

Who puts on Spring Fling?
Spring Fling is staffed and organized by the MUB Board (Memorial Union Board) and sponsored by your SAF (Student Activity Fee). If you are interested in helping organize Spring Fling or any other MUB Board activites get in contact with us or come to one of out meetings. We meet in the Peninsula romm of the MUB and get free meals every other week.

What time does Spring Fling end?

Student Orgs have their booth set up between noon and 5pm. Some events may occur later than 5pm.

Do we have the day off of school?
No, class is scheduled for a full day.

What is the recommended type of food to be served?
Baked goods or prepackaged food (cookies, brownies, popsicles, etc.) are the easiest and most hassle-free food.
