VISION/MISSION
Goal one of the Michigan Tech Strategic Plan is to attract and support a world-class and diverse faculty, staff and student population. The Student Affairs Professional Development Committee is responsible for developing resources and providing opportunities for the professional growth of staff within Student Affairs.
Through a variety of activities and programs, the Professional Development Committee encourages involvement in relevant professional associations; promotes activities and opportunities for collaboration within Student Affairs and the University community; recognizes and rewards professional development endeavors; and assists in the design of training/programs (performance review, resume writing, etc.) to enhance professional growth.
